• Nail pops and loose shingles/tabs
• Re‑sealing of exposed fasteners & small flashing gaps

For typical 1–2 story homes with standard roof access:

ERS RoofCare Plan (1 visit per year)

• Annual inspection, cleaning & tune‑up
• Member discounts and replacement credit
  $299 per year (or about $25/month with autopay)

ERS RoofCare Plus (2 visits per year)

• All RoofCare benefits twice a year (ideal for heavy trees or storm‑prone areas)
  $499 per year (or about $42/month with autopay)

Larger or complex roofs (very steep, multiple levels, etc.) are quoted individually.
